Hi Gary,
I received my Chevrolet Suburban radio/cd player back from you
today. I am happy to say it works well (maybe better than new).
Everything was as advertised and I truly appreciate it. Below is a
small testimonial for anyone who may care to read it.
I found the Audio/Visual Company on the net, and sent them an email to see if they truly thought they could repair my Chevrolet Am/FM/Stereo/6 Disk CD player. It had stopped accepting or rejecting CD's and I couldn't find anyone willing to help. When I went to my Chevrolet dealer, they took my Suburban into their shop and one hour and $85.00 later, I was told (yep, it broken, you will need to purchase a new one and we will have to install it). The cost of a new radio/CD player from Chevrolet was horrendous (close to $1000.00). GM and or the dealers didn't seem to care and it galls me to no end. After several hours or calling various repair shops in Oregon and Arizona, I decided to investigate the Internet and see if anyone else
had similar problems. There were many people talking about the same issue (GM and Delphi should be ashamed) it is no wonder Delphi is in chapter 11 bankruptcy.
I finally found the Audio/Visual Service shop web site, and decide to
ask for some advice. In reality I didn't think I would hear back, but; I was called within one hour of sending my email (I included my phone number) on a Sunday. Talk about service!!
I was told the price of the repair before ever sending the device and again I was skeptical. I expected to receive a note telling me that is was totally shot, and the only option available was to purchase something from them. BUT, that didn't happen. I received a phone call and email telling me that the device was under repair and when they expected it to ship.
Today (two weeks later) I received my radio/CD player via UPS (as advertised), installed it in my car and it works. The price was the same (as advertised), the service was excellent, and the people were
courteous and thoughtful.
I fully recommend the Audio/Visual Service Shop to any and all who have a problem. I will make sure I tell my friends about them, and I hope they have a successful business for years to come.

I received the radio back and installed it and it is just like new again as you said it would be. Just a note of thanks for the quick service and the quality of service too. I will recommend you to all the Explorer people I run across. They are used in K9, search and rescue in the San Bernandino mountains where the fires of October of last year swept through here.

Hello: Sorry I didn't respond earlier, due to the holiday, I didn't received the radio until today at 4:00 pm. I've install the radio and everything is working find. It took me over 1yr before I decided to do this repair, I must say that I've chosen the right company to complete this repair. FYI, Radio repair options for those Ford Radio displays. Check out this web site and maybe make the next radio repair customer happy. For example, I was not about to pay the quoted $400 for a radio display repair. We wanted to keep the factory radio so we would not lose the premium sound system. http://www.videoservicestop.com/
