Please make sure and use good strong boxes and good packing material. At least 4 inches of packing material must be all around the unit being shipped to us. If these units get damaged during shipping and UPS says it is due to insufficient packaging and rejects the claim, we will not be held responsible.

PLEASE NOTE: Audio & Video Service Stop cares about the environment. Therefore we re-use the packing material that was sent to us. If the packing is not up to UPS standards, we will have to repack the equipment. There will be a $10 repacking fee added to the final cost.

Any refunds are minus shipping and handling and are sent to us at the customers expense so we can remove or recover our parts and return the equipment to the original state before repair. Refunds will only be given after we remove or recover our parts, and equipment will be returned to the original state of disrepair.Any or all refunds are given in the form of a company check. Any unit sent to us that is found to have no problem, will be charged a $65 bench fee.
